Capitol Hill Hospital is seeking a licensed and experienced Pharmacist to join its team. The ideal candidate will ensure the safe and effective dispensing of medications, provide expert advice to patients, and uphold the highest standards of pharmaceutical care.

Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescribed medications accurately while ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Counsel patients on proper medication use, potential side effects, and storage requirements.
• Monitor drug interactions, allergies, and contraindications to ensure patient safety.
• Maintain an organized inventory of medications, ensuring timely reordering and compliance with storage protocols.

Requirements:

• Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital or retail pharmacy setting (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.
