Customer Service Representative (Shop Floor) Needed at Westmead Supermarket

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join the Westmead Supermarket team as a Customer Service Representative on the shop floor. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service in a retail environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries and purchases.
• Ensure the shop floor is organized and products are well-stocked and displayed.
• Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Provide information on promotions and store policies to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• NCE/OND qualification.
• Product knowledge (training will be provided).
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic math skills and accuracy in handling transactions.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
