Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints.
• Provide accurate and timely information about products and services.
• Document and update customer interactions in the system.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

• BSc/HND in a relevant field.
• Fluency in Hausa and Igbo languages (both written and spoken).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
