Job Description
Location: Martins Street, Balogun, Lagos Island
Salary: ₦80,000 – ₦100,000
Work Days/Hours: Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

A reputable female wears store is looking for proactive Female Sales Representatives to join their team. Ideal candidates must be social media-savvy and possess excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions on social media platforms, particularly Instagram and WhatsApp.
- Handle online orders and ensure seamless processing and delivery.
- Resolve delivery issues promptly and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and complaints professionally.
- Multitask efficiently to manage store operations and online communications.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Strong knowledge of social media management, especially Instagram and WhatsApp.
- Ability to multitask effectively and handle customer relations.
- Educational qualification: OND, HND, or B.Sc.
