Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦300,000 per month
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Customer Support Lead to oversee and enhance customer service operations. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with a solid background in e-commerce, logistics, fintech, or supply chain sectors, and a proven ability to manage teams and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the customer support team to ensure outstanding service delivery.
- Develop and implement effective customer service strategies, processes, and KPIs.
- Monitor and analyze customer interactions to identify trends, resolve issues, and improve satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless end-to-end e-commerce operations, from conversion to fulfillment.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluations for team members to foster growth and accountability.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in customer service roles, preferably in e-commerce, logistics, fintech, or supply chain.
- At least 2 years of team management experience with strong leadership skills.
- Proficiency in e-commerce management tools and customer service software.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strategic mindset with problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines effectively.
