Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦300,000
We are seeking a skilled In-House Counsel to join our team. This role is ideal for a legal professional with expertise in export operations and project management. The successful candidate will oversee legal aspects of the business while supporting export projects, market research, and sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support to ensure compliance with corporate and international trade laws.
- Manage export projects, including logistics, customs procedures, and regulatory documentation.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities and mitigate risks in export operations.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies and close export deals effectively.
- Oversee and draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to export and trade operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (2-5 years post-call experience).
- Strong understanding of export regulations, customs procedures, and international trade laws.
- Proven experience in project management and market research.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and make sound decisions under pressure.
- A fully service-oriented corporate legal background is preferred.
