Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized styling advice and assist customers with product selection.
- Process sales transactions, handle returns, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing with creative displays.
- Assist in stock management, restocking items, and supporting during peak times.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every shopper feels valued.
Requirements
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic about helping customers.
- A strong eye for fashion and the ability to offer styling advice.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays.
