Join College Migration Limited as a Customer Care Representative! We are looking for a skilled professional to handle after-sales support, manage customer relationships, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the company for after-sales services, including technical support.
- Manage email communication and utilize customer relations software to track and resolve customer inquiries.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with multinational organizations to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Prepare and analyze reports using advanced Excel skills to support customer service operations.
Requirements
- B.Sc/HND in any discipline from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in IT, with expertise in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in dealing with multinational organizations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
