Key Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Provide top-notch customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal procedures.
- Maintain and reconcile cash balances to ensure accuracy at the end of the day.
- Promote and cross-sell banking products and services to customers.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc./HND with NYSC Certificate.
- Must graduate with at least an Upper Credit or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
