Job Description

A reputable company based in Ikeja, Lagos, is seeking a dedicated and professional Contact Centre Agent to join their dynamic team. If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to apply for this full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Ensure effective follow-up on customer requests to guarantee excellent service delivery.

Requirements:

  • HND or BSc in any discipline.
  • Applicants must be no older than 26 years.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with computer applications and CRM systems is a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role.

Compensation: ₦120,000 Net, HMO, Pension
