About the Role:
Bluenix Paint Manufacturing is seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to spearhead sales growth and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will lead strategic marketing initiatives, manage customer relationships, and collaborate with teams to enhance brand visibility in the paint manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business goals.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
- Lead marketing campaigns, product promotions, and oversee advertising efforts.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, marketing strategies, and market analysis.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Salary:
N200,000 – N250,000 Monthly
