Location: Lagos

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Account Manager to drive demand generation, build strong client relationships, and expand our market share in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in the health sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the medical field.
  • Drive demand generation and develop strategies to grow the company’s market share in the healthcare sector.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, attend trade shows, and network with professionals.
  • Monitor sales activities, update sales methods, and ensure optimal success.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by creating strategic plans and conducting detailed account management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 3–4 years of sales experience in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong marketing, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a team, lead initiatives, and manage resources effectively.
  • Knowledge of account planning and client relationship management.
