Superintendent Pharmacist

Salary Range: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage and maintain inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and compliance with best practices.
• Ensure the pharmacy adheres to all regulatory standards and guidelines set by the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).
• Provide leadership and guidance to the pharmacy team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Licensed pharmacist with at least 3 years of professional experience.
• Proven experience in managing a pharmaceutical company or similar setting.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and control systems.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• Must reside in Benin City, Edo State, or be willing to relocate.
• Registered with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).
