Job Description
Harmony 360 Health is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to support clinical care, patient assessment, and diagnostic services. The role requires strong phlebotomy skills and the ability to work with both adult and paediatric patients.
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Key Responsibilities
- Perform nursing assessments, monitor vital signs, and provide patient care.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments within professional scope.
- Assist physicians during consultations and clinical procedures.
- Educate patients and support documentation and follow-up.
- Perform venepuncture and collect, label, and handle blood specimens.
- Maintain infection prevention and patient safety standards.
- Support patient flow and clinical coordination.
Key Requirements
- Registered Nurse qualification with current NMCN registration and valid practising licence.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
- Demonstrated competence in phlebotomy and specimen collection.
- Experience with IV cannulation and infusion therapy is an advantage.
- Strong clinical judgement, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work with both paediatric and adult patients.
- Experience in paediatrics, urgent care, outpatient clinics, or diagnostic services is an advantage.
