Salary: ₦100,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer inquiries and provide prompt, accurate solutions to client concerns.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to foster trust and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support lead conversion and maintain high client retention.
- Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and following up with clients.
Job Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: BSc or HND in any relevant field.
- Experience: Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
