Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality spa treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, and wellness therapies tailored to client needs.
- Perform in-depth consultations with clients to understand their preferences and offer personalized treatment plans.
- Ensure the spa environment is clean, organized, and welcoming, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Promote spa products and services and assist in retail sales to enhance the overall client experience.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operation and outstanding client satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- Certification in massage therapy or relevant spa treatments.
- Previous experience in a spa or wellness environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to perform a range of treatments and stay updated on industry trends.
- Excellent customer service skills with attention to detail.
