Platform Finance Company Limited is recruiting a highly experienced and ethical Chief Compliance Officer to oversee the organization’s compliance function. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, corporate governance standards, and internal policies while promoting a strong culture of integrity and ethical business practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage the company’s compliance framework and policies.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Monitor regulatory changes and advise executive management on emerging compliance obligations.
- Conduct compliance risk assessments and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
- Lead compliance audits, investigations, and ongoing monitoring activities.
- Review, update, and strengthen internal policies and operational procedures.
- Design and deliver compliance training and awareness programmes for employees.
- Prepare compliance reports for Executive Management and the Board of Directors.
- Liaise with regulators, auditors, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Promote a culture of ethics, transparency, and regulatory compliance across the organization.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Compliance, Risk Management, Corporate Governance, or related disciplines will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 3 years in a senior compliance leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and risk management practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and implement effective compliance strategies.
