Job Description
A Technical Customer Success Manager is needed to help enterprise customers maximize the value of the Armis platform. The role focuses on customer adoption, technical implementation, security use cases, stakeholder engagement, and long-term value realization. The successful candidate will work closely with technical and executive stakeholders while coordinating with product, engineering, sales, support, and other teams to achieve customer objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead adoption and implementation plans for high-value customers, ensuring successful deployment and measurable value from the Armis platform.
- Understand customer security use cases and recommend solutions that strengthen security posture and improve platform utilization.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with technical stakeholders, executives, and key decision-makers.
- Serve as the primary customer advocate, coordinating with internal teams to address customer needs and achieve business objectives.
- Ensure platform deployment and configuration align with customer use cases, requirements, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain knowledge of third-party integrations and how they interact with the Armis platform within customer environments.
- Provide technical subject-matter expertise and guidance throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, Training, and other teams to drive account success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, Security+, or CEH.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Technical Account Manager, or in a similar customer-facing technical position.
- At least 2 years of experience in network engineering, architecture, network support, or network design.
- At least 2 years of experience in service delivery or technical account management within post-sales or pre-sales environments.
- Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- At least 2 years of experience working in IT, cybersecurity, healthcare technology, or a related environment.
- Familiarity with network protocols across OT/ICS, biomedical, or traditional IT infrastructures.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes for both technical and executive audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of healthcare and ICT devices, manufacturers, or applications.
- Experience securing IT, IoT, healthcare, or other connected-device environments.
- Familiarity with scripting languages, particularly Python.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 20–25% per quarter.
