Brand Designer Lead

Pay Range: N300,000 – N400,000
Job Type: Full-time (Onsite)

Fexda is seeking a talented and experienced Brand Designer Lead to drive it’s creative vision and enhance it’s brand identity. This role is ideal for a skilled designer with a strong background in 3D graphics, visual arts, and digital content creation. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and produce visually engaging graphics for websites, social media, print, motion graphics, and advertisements.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual content and marketing materials.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and design software advancements.
• Manage and maintain social media platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling brand narratives.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years in 3D graphics design, visual arts, or related fields.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, XD), Cinema 4D, CorelDraw, and similar tools.
• Soft Skills: Strong creative vision, adaptability, and the ability to accept and apply feedback.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with UI/UX design, web design, or animation is a plus.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
