UI/UX Engineer
Job Description
A firm is looking to hire a UI/UX Engineer to produce and illustrate high-quality UI/UX design ideas and solutions through wireframes, storyboards, visual & graphic designs, process flow diagrams, site maps and prototypes.
Salary: ₦500,000 – ₦2,000,000 monthly
Key Responsibilities
- Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs.
- Conduct usability reviews and iterate based on feedback.
- Maintain and contribute to the design system. Proficiency in Figma.
- Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behaviour
- Produce and illustrate high-quality UI/UX design ideas and solutions through wireframes, storyboards, visual & graphic designs, process flow diagrams, site maps and prototypes.
- Collaborating with the marketing team, internal and external designers, to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
- Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.
- Facilitating gathering and evaluating user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any Social Science, IT or Telecom background (Minimum 2:2)
- 4+ years of Product design experience.
- Must have a strong portfolio
- Interface with multiple business functions and organizations, as well as multiple specialists, in defining, producing and managing plans for successful project delivery.
- Ability to lead/coordinate a cross-functional team, ensuring that projects meet defined scope, time, cost and quality constraints.
