Job Description

A skilled and creative Graphic Designer is needed to support visual communication projects for the Asia market. The role focuses on creating engaging and compliant designs for digital campaigns, branding materials, and marketing assets within a fast-paced financial trading environment. This opportunity is ideal for a designer with strong experience in branding, digital content creation, and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design creative assets for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels
  • Transform financial and trading concepts into visually engaging and easy-to-understand graphics
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and trading teams on campaigns and product launches
  • Ensure all creative materials align with brand guidelines and regulatory standards
  • Adapt global campaigns for local Asian markets while considering cultural and language differences
  • Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards
  • Support the improvement of design systems, templates, and creative workflows
  • Provide creative direction and guidance to external designers or regional partners when required

Requirements
  • 6–8 years of professional graphic design experience
  • Previous experience in fintech, financial services, trading, or regulated industries is preferred
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital, branding, and marketing design work
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma for digital and social media creatives
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, and visual hierarchy
  • Ability to work effectively with international teams across different time zones
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools is an advantage
  • Familiarity with financial marketing compliance standards is a plus
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Fluency in Chinese is an added advantage
