Salary: 250,000 – 300,000 Naira (Net) | Location: Lagos (Island) | Notice of Resumption: Immediate
About the Role: A growing company is looking for an experienced HR Officer to manage their recruitment processes, payroll, and talent acquisition strategies. This role requires an individual with strong communication and organizational skills, ready to make an immediate impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding
- Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates
- Oversee payroll administration, ensuring timely and accurate payments to all employees
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and provide strategic HR solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition and Payroll Management
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
