A fintech company is seeking a Head Of Security (CISO) to lead its cybersecurity strategy, ensuring robust protection against threats and compliance with industry regulations. The role involves driving security initiatives, mitigating risks, and collaborating with key stakeholders to safeguard digital assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide security strategies to protect digital infrastructure and data.
• Ensure compliance with fintech-specific regulatory requirements and industry security standards.
• Oversee risk management processes, identifying and mitigating potential cybersecurity threats.
• Lead security operations, including cloud security, IT infrastructure, and application security.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to integrate security best practices into business processes.
• Drive the adoption of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and SOC 2.

Requirements:

• Candidates should have proven experience in senior information security roles within fintech or financial services.
• Expertise in regulatory compliance, risk management, and security operations is essential.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills are also required.
