Location: Lagos
Salary: ₦150,000/Month

A company in Lagos is looking for an experienced HR Officer to manage key human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and policy implementation. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle HR operations efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
• Maintain HR records, payroll data, and benefits administration.

Requirements:

• A degree in a relevant discipline.
• At least 3 years of HR-related experience.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
