A reputable institution in Abuja is seeking a qualified and experienced Technical Drawing Teacher to join its academic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technical drawing, have a solid understanding of relevant software tools, and possess a strong ability to engage and support students in achieving academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging Technical Drawing lessons to secondary school students based on the school curriculum.
  • Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments to support student learning.
  • Use digital tools such as AutoCAD and other relevant software to enhance teaching.
  • Evaluate and monitor students’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity and critical thinking.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technical Drawing, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • A valid teaching certification or diploma (such as TRCN or PGDE).
  • At least 2 years of teaching experience in Technical Drawing.
  • Proficiency in technical drawing principles and software tools (e.g., AutoCAD).
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
