Human Capital Partners is recruiting a Head of Academics to provide strategic academic leadership for a leading institution. The successful candidate will oversee academic planning, curriculum development, faculty management, quality assurance, research initiatives, and student experience while ensuring the institution maintains high educational standards and industry relevance.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the institution’s academic strategy.
• Design, review, and enhance academic programmes and professional training courses.
• Oversee curriculum development, accreditation processes, and academic compliance.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage faculty members to ensure high teaching standards.
• Supervise student admissions, academic progress, and overall learning experience.
• Drive research initiatives and establish partnerships with industry stakeholders.
• Implement quality assurance policies to maintain academic excellence.
• Manage academic resources, budgets, and departmental operations efficiently.

Job Requirements

• Master’s degree in Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• AIIN or FIIN professional qualification is an added advantage.
• 7–10 years of experience in academic leadership, including senior management positions.
• Strong background in curriculum development and executive education.
• Sound knowledge of the insurance or financial services industry.
• Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to grow academic programmes and strengthen institutional credibility.
