Job Summary:
A reputable real estate and energy-focused consultancy is seeking an experienced Solar Sales Representative to drive the adoption of solar energy solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying leads, educating clients, and closing sales while collaborating with technical teams to deliver tailored solar proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending relevant events
- Educate customers on solar energy benefits, system components, and financing options
- Conduct site visits to assess solar suitability and gather system requirements
- Collaborate with design teams to develop and present custom solar proposals
- Guide customers through contract signing and post-sale support
Candidate Requirements:
- Relevant educational qualifications
- 5–10 years of proven sales experience, preferably in solar or renewable energy
- Knowledge of solar systems and industry trends
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using CRM tools and understanding technical concepts
- Sales certifications in solar energy (preferred, not mandatory)
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
