A reputable company located in Sango-Tedo, Ajah is hiring a Customer Service Officer to manage client interactions, provide exceptional service, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in customer relations—especially within the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Monitor and improve the customer service experience to boost satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support sales and administrative functions with client communication and coordination.
Requirements:
- BSC or HND in a business-related field.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in customer service management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in the real estate sector is an added advantage.
