WorkForce Group is seeking a Contact Center Agent (Hausa Speaker) to join its customer service team in Victoria Island, Lagos. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide accurate information, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Update and maintain customer records in the database.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments in a timely manner.
  • Support team performance goals by meeting daily and monthly targets.

Requirements:

  • BSc or HND in any relevant field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role.
  • Must be fluent in Hausa language.
  • Applicants must be 27 years old or below.
