WorkForce Group is seeking a Contact Center Agent (Hausa Speaker) to join its customer service team in Victoria Island, Lagos. The role requires a skilled communicator fluent in Hausa, capable of handling customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Update and maintain customer records in the database.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments in a timely manner.
- Support team performance goals by meeting daily and monthly targets.
Requirements:
- BSc or HND in any relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role.
- Must be fluent in Hausa language.
- Applicants must be 27 years old or below.
