Salary: ₦100,000/month
Location: Hybrid (On-site in Ikeja 2–3 times per week)

A fast-growing company in the AI, DeFi, and Crypto space is looking for an experienced Community Manager to help manage and grow its digital communities. This role is ideal for someone passionate about web3 technologies and capable of building strong, engaged communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow online communities across Telegram, Discord, Twitter, and other platforms.
  • Engage with community members, respond to queries, and foster healthy discussions.
  • Coordinate community events, AMAs, and digital activations.
  • Monitor sentiment and provide regular feedback to internal teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to share updates and drive adoption.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of AI, DeFi, and Crypto ecosystems.
  • Must be able to commute to Ikeja 2–3 times per week for in-person meetings.
  • Proven experience managing and moderating active online communities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
