Location: Abuja
Salary: ₦120,000 – ₦150,000 (Net)

A reputable organization in Abuja is seeking to hire a Customer Service Representative to handle client interactions, resolve issues, and contribute to a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should be personable, detail-oriented, and fluent in English and at least one indigenous language.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Provide timely and professional solutions to customer issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum of BSc or HND in any discipline.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and at least one Nigerian indigenous language.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate digital tools effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and problem-solving abilities.
