Location: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite, 2 Days Remote – Lagos)
Salary: ₦250,000 Monthly
A growing company in Lagos is currently hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage client interactions and provide excellent support. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, have strong communication skills, and are passionate about customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to improve the customer experience
- Follow up on customer issues to ensure full resolution
Requirements:
- 0–3 years of experience in a customer service role
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant customer service certifications will be an added advantage
