This role focuses on creating seamless user experiences for consumer-facing digital products that improve healthcare access.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design intuitive and accessible user experiences.
- Conduct user research to identify pain points and opportunities that inform design decisions.
- Create user journeys, flowcharts, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals based on research insights.
- Maintain and improve the design system to ensure consistency across products.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience designing digital products for web and mobile.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design process, problem-solving, and final outcomes.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Miro, Maze, Jira, and Confluence.
- Experience conducting user research and applying insights to designs.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthtech, insurance, or emerging markets.
- Knowledge of design systems and usability testing (moderated or unmoderated).
