Introduction

A reputable financial institution is seeking a highly skilled Wealth Manager to join its Lagos-based team. This role is ideal for professionals with a proven track record in wealth management, corporate banking, or treasury operations, particularly those who excel in client relationship management and deposit mobilization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), corporate clients, and financial stakeholders.
  • Drive the mobilization of bulk deposits and consistently meet growth and revenue targets.
  • Provide strategic financial advice and tailored investment solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement wealth management strategies.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, products, and regulatory changes to support informed decision-making.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in wealth management, treasury, or corporate banking roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to mobilize significant deposits and meet performance benchmarks.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • A solid network of HNIs, business executives, and corporate decision-makers is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, ICAN, or related credentials are an added advantage.
