Location: Kano, Abuja (FCT)
Salary: ₦400,000 – ₦550,000 per month
Job Overview
A reputable organization in the real estate sector is seeking to hire an experienced and strategic General Manager to oversee operations, drive sales growth, and ensure regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, proven real estate expertise, and a results-oriented approach to managing teams and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily business operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company objectives.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and profitability.
- Manage real estate transactions, regulatory processes, and property portfolios.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Utilize digital tools, including AI and social media, to streamline operations and enhance marketing efforts.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications will be an advantage.
- Proven experience in real estate management, business operations, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
- Highly organized with excellent planning and execution abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in modern digital applications.
- Must currently reside in Abuja, FCT.
