Job Overview
A leading luxury fashion retail company is looking to hire a commercially driven, visionary, and strategic Managing Director to lead its growth, profitability, and global positioning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting the direction of the business, enhancing operational excellence, and driving international brand recognition.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term business strategies to achieve growth, profitability, and market expansion.
- Lead the company’s financial, operational, and commercial performance across all retail channels and locations.
- Build and sustain valuable partnerships, brand collaborations, and global supply relationships.
- Drive digital transformation and omnichannel retail strategies to elevate customer experience and brand reach.
- Provide inspirational leadership that fosters high-performing teams and drives business agility.
Requirements
- MBA or Executive Education in Business, Fashion Management, or Retail Strategy is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in retail, fashion, FMCG, or consumer goods.
- Proven success in scaling businesses, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share across multiple locations or channels.
- Strong financial management skills with experience in P&L ownership and KPI development.
- International brand growth experience and digital retail expertise will be advantageous.
