Job Description:
A full-time position is available for a qualified Pharmacist at Beyond Tabs Pharmacy, a reputable pharmacy located in Lekki, Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring professional customer service, and maintaining inventory and compliance with pharmaceutical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to customer and patient needs, offering expert counselling and medication recommendations.
- Supervise pharmacy support staff including interns and shop attendants to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor and manage store inventory, reporting product shortages, close-dated items, and discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with legal and professional pharmacy regulations and support health-related programs and checks such as BP and cholesterol monitoring.
Requirements:
- A minimum of B.Pharm and valid license to practice.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Must possess up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical products, administration, and sales processes.
