Salary & Benefits: ₦400,000–₦500,000/month + HMO + Pension + Company Car
Elizabeth Maddeux, a reputable firm in the manufacturing sector, is seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resource Manager to oversee HR functions and drive organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will bring leadership, structure, and strong HR practices to a dynamic factory environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for factory operations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures
- Coordinate performance management systems and staff development initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years HR experience, including at least 3 years in a manufacturing/factory environment
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
