Production Supervisor at Grand Oak Limited

Grand Oak Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Production Supervisor to coordinate personnel, materials, and equipment in order to drive efficient production processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid technical background to support optimal output and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and delegate production tasks to meet daily output targets and minimize downtime.
• Oversee the use of materials, machinery, and manpower to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
• Train and guide machine engineers to promote continuous learning and performance improvement.
• Prepare routine reports on production performance, quality, and efficiency to support data-driven decisions.
• Coordinate with departments such as quality control, maintenance, and logistics to ensure timely delivery and operational flow.
• Monitor adherence to Good Housekeeping (GHK) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a B.Sc. or HND in Engineering or any science-related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a production supervisory role.
