Junior Product Manager at PayInvert
Job Description
PayInvert is seeking a Junior Product Manager to support the development and delivery of innovative payment solutions. The role involves assisting senior product managers in managing product lifecycles, improving features, and ensuring seamless merchant and user experiences across fintech platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating detailed product requirement documents (PRDs) for features like payment links, APIs, and merchant tools
- Conduct research on market trends and competitors in the fintech/payments industry
- Monitor product performance, including user engagement and technical metrics
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to align development with product goals
- Participate in agile processes including standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Manage project timelines using tools such as Jira, Trello, or Linear
- Collect and organize feedback from stakeholders and users
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in product management, project coordination, or business analysis
- Basic knowledge of APIs and fintech system integrations
- Prior exposure to fintech or payment systems is a strong advantage
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with tools like Jira and Figma
