Job Description

Premiere Urgence Internationale (PUI), a humanitarian organization, is recruiting a Pharmacy Assistant to support its medical team in Maiduguri, Borno. The selected candidate will work under the direct supervision of the Pharmacist and assist in managing medical supplies, preparing orders, and maintaining inventory records in accordance with PUI protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver drug orders to field teams based on verified requests.
• Monitor drug consumption and update stock cards regularly.
• Store medications and medical consumables according to safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist in inventory control, expiry date tracking, and maintaining organized stock.
• Record daily and weekly consumption and report to the Pharmacist.

Requirements:

• Have prior experience in pharmacy assistance or medical logistics.
• Demonstrate good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Be familiar with storage protocols and inventory systems.
• Be able to work under supervision and in compliance with standard operating procedures.
