Job Description
A reputable firm is hiring for the position of an Information Technology Auditor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing, testing, and improving internal IT systems, ensuring strong controls are in place across infrastructure, cybersecurity, compliance, and operational processes. The role is critical in maintaining data integrity and adherence to regulatory requirements within the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and perform risk-based IT audits to support compliance and business goals
- Evaluate IT controls, cybersecurity defenses, and technology infrastructure
- Audit core banking platforms, databases, applications, and networks for compliance and efficiency
- Deliver clear audit findings and actionable recommendations to senior management
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field
- 5–10 years of IT audit or cybersecurity experience in the financial services industry
- Recognized professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, CIA, or ISO 27001 preferred
- Strong knowledge of IT audit standards, financial systems, and cybersecurity frameworks
