Job Description

A reputable company, Blue Pay Limited under the Felak Concept Group, is seeking a skilled and experienced Fintech Specialist (Payment Gateway) to manage and optimize its payment processing systems. The successful candidate will drive the integration and performance of payment gateway technologies, ensuring efficiency, security, and compliance across digital financial operations. This position requires strong technical expertise, industry knowledge, and collaboration with development, compliance, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the integration of payment gateways into internal platforms and third-party systems to ensure reliable transaction flows.
  • Monitor and analyze payment transactions to optimize approval rates, reduce processing costs, and minimize errors.
  • Ensure payment systems meet security standards such as PCI DSS and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and third-party vendors to manage partnerships and resolve technical or service issues.
  • Identify and recommend innovative payment technologies including mobile wallets and crypto solutions to expand payment options.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in payment gateway management or related fintech roles.
  • Solid understanding of payment technologies (APIs, SDKs) and compliance standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to security and data integrity.
  • Experience with fraud detection, chargeback management, and transaction monitoring.
  • Familiarity with programming (e.g., Python, Java, SQL) is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of alternative and global payment platforms such as PayPal, Stripe, Visa, and MasterCard is beneficial.
