Job Description

Goldplates Feast House, a growing Quick Service Restaurant brand with multiple outlets, a central kitchen, and a lounge, is hiring a seasoned Chief Security Officer (CSO) to lead and coordinate its overall security operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that security protocols are effective, up to date, and strictly adhered to across all facilities, safeguarding staff, customers, and company assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security strategies, policies, and procedures across all branches and departments.
• Supervise and schedule security personnel, ensuring effective coverage at all locations including restaurants, kitchen, and lounge.
• Investigate and report on all security incidents, coordinating with law enforcement when necessary.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments on physical security infrastructure such as CCTV systems, access control, and alarms.
• Train staff on safety awareness and emergency response protocols.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior security role within QSR, hospitality, logistics, or FMCG industries.
• Strong experience managing security teams across multiple facilities.
• Solid knowledge of physical security technologies and procedures.
• Background in military, law enforcement, or private security services is an added advantage.
• Security or safety certifications will be beneficial.
