The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting daily import and export activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining efficient communication across supply chain functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor international shipments from suppliers to customers.
• Prepare import documentation and ensure timely authorization for all global air and sea shipments.
• Track inventory levels and collaborate with clearing agents and customs to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve logistics-related issues.
• Maintain delivery schedules, generate reports, and ensure effective communication across departments.
• Handle Form M applications, insurance, PAAR processing, and customs duty assessments.

Requirements:

• A B.Sc or HND in Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in import/export operations or supply chain management.
• Sound judgment, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• A professional certification in Supply Chain Management or Logistics is an added advantage.
