Internal Auditor – Eunisell Limited
Job Description
Eunisell Limited is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Internal Auditor to ensure effective internal controls, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation across financial and operational activities. This role is ideal for professionals with strong analytical skills and a proven track record in auditing, preferably within the Upstream Oil & Gas or FMCG sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct audits on procurement, inventory, field operations, sales, payroll, and cash management
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend cost-saving improvements
- Perform risk assessments and fraud investigations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations
- Review and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) across departments
- Monitor inventory levels and match physical stock with records and logs
- Review statutory filings and ensure compliance with tax, labour, and safety regulations
- Deliver timely and actionable audit reports with follow-ups on implementations
Requirements
- BSc or HND in Accounting or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years experience in auditing or internal control, ideally in Oil & Gas or FMCG
- Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, CIA) is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of audit procedures, internal controls, and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent analytical, ethical, and communication skills
- Candidates must reside in Port Harcourt to be considered
