The ideal candidate will have a creative eye, a deep understanding of social media trends, and experience managing visually cohesive and engaging content across multiple platforms.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and growth.
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (images, videos, and graphics) that align with the brand identity.
  • Oversee posting schedules, monitor analytics, and prepare performance reports.
  • Track trends, study competitor activity, and apply audience insights to enhance content relevance.
  • Foster authentic engagement by responding to comments, messages, and managing community interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on integrated campaigns and ensure consistent brand representation across all channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing social media for a brand, company, or project.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative content, visual consistency, and brand storytelling.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later) and design/editing platforms (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut).
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with strong visual communication ability.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and adjust strategies.
  • Passionate about digital creativity, emerging trends, and building engaged online communities.
