Job Description

Elysium Hospitality Limited is seeking a highly experienced Brand General Manager to oversee operations across its hospitality services, including a luxury restaurant, boat rental business, and an exclusive beach house. The role requires a strategic leader who can drive growth, ensure operational excellence, manage diverse teams, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations across the restaurant, boat rental services, and beach house.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, performance management, and staff scheduling.
  • Monitor financial performance, budgets, and implement cost-control measures to ensure profitability.
  • Drive marketing initiatives, brand development, and customer engagement through promotions, campaigns, and events.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and operational standards across all units.
  • Maintain facilities, boats, and properties to premium standards while ensuring seamless guest experiences.
  • Address customer feedback, resolve complaints, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Provide monthly performance reports to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in senior management within hospitality or multi-service operations.
  • Strong background in restaurant operations, hospitality management, and guest experience delivery.
  • Experience with beach house or resort management; boat rental operations experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong financial acumen with budgeting, reporting, and cost-control expertise.
  • Proficiency in hospitality software, POS systems, and booking platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
