A leading company in the Agro-Spices industry is seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing Officer to support business growth and strengthen market presence across Nigeria. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in sales, marketing, and client relationship management within the agriculture or FMCG sector, with a passion for promoting high-quality agro-products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition and market share.
- Identify and build strong partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and food manufacturers.
- Achieve measurable revenue growth by driving sales of premium spices and agro-products.
- Manage key accounts, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and consistent repeat business.
- Conduct regular market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the FMCG or agro-trading sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding client networks.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and think strategically to deliver results.
