Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor Marketing Representatives (MRs), providing necessary training, support, and performance monitoring.
• Identify new market opportunities and recommend strategies to enhance revenue generation.
• Monitor daily sales performance and implement corrective measures to ensure consistent achievement of targets.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, values, and operational standards at the regional level.
